What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Focus on selling and enrolling eligible Medicare customers into health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans
- Handle inbound calls from potential customers, providing guidance and support during the enrollment process
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Commit to availability during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 - December 7) for peak sales opportunities
- Utilize multiple web browsers and a dual-screen setup to effectively navigate systems and assist customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in and hold a Resident License in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah
- Prior inside sales experience preferred
- Strong ability to multitask while engaging with customers
- Secure, hardwired high-speed internet for uninterrupted connectivity
- A private and distraction-free home office to ensure HIPAA compliance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a telesales environment, particularly within the Medicare insurance sector
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and customer acquisition techniques
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and technologies
