What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and grow relationships with bank partners to generate consistent referral production
- Utilize and update Salesforce as a CRM tool daily
- Develop new business account relationships and enhance profitability from existing accounts
- Identify business opportunities based on market and client knowledge
- Present products and services to prospective clients, demonstrating how they meet their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Two to three years of relevant sales experience
- Ability to travel as needed
- Strong sales experience and willingness to learn about Merchant Services
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expert knowledge of product marketing and client service issues
- Excellent marketing, business development, and negotiating skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
