      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and administer existing U.S. commercial commission and incentive compensation plans
      - Support the development and administration of global variable compensation structures
      - Oversee monthly and quarterly commission calculations and payments, ensuring accuracy and transparency
      - Maintain plan documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
      - Collaborate with Finance and HR on compensation philosophy and market competitiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, focusing on sales incentive or commission plan administration and design
      - Hands-on experience with Xactly or similar sales compensation management software
      - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
      - Ability to communicate complex compensation concepts clearly to diverse audiences
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field; CCP or similar certification preferred

      - Experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Sales, Finance, and HR teams
      - Proven track record in designing and implementing successful compensation programs
