What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Strategize and execute plans to meet and exceed sales growth targets
- Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
- Capitalize on second-source opportunities to increase market presence and share
- Achieve territory orders and life-of-program win objectives through effective sales management
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to shape a customer-focused product development roadmap
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree required; Engineering or Technical Degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role within the Aerospace and/or Defense sectors
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to influence and secure new business
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office for sales forecasting and analysis
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
