      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and conduct training programs for personnel at all levels, including classes and seminars
      - Design and deliver effective training programs tailored to various instructional methods
      - Develop assessments and criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities
      - Stay updated on training research and learning theories to enhance training effectiveness
      - Oversee contractors or vendors involved in developing and administering training programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in Instructional Systems Design
      - Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience or a Master's degree with 0-2 years of experience
      - Must meet Cyber Instructional Curriculum Developer standards
      - Experience with technical standards, principles, and theories
      - Ability to provide solutions to technical problems under general supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing e-learning programs
      - Familiarity with budget management and training cost monitoring
      - Knowledge of instructional methods and teaching aids
      - Previous experience collaborating with management and clients on training needs
      - Understanding of changes in policies, procedures, and technologies affecting training
