What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from team members via phone, email, and Helpdesk Ticketing Software
- Monitor and interpret loans using ComplianceAnalyzer to ensure adherence to regulations
- Ensure service level agreements are met while conducting timely research for accurate responses
- Review disclosures for accuracy and compliance with TRID requirements
- Stay updated on changes in state and federal regulations affecting the mortgage industry and company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of experience in the mortgage industry in processing, closing, origination, or compliance-related roles
- Knowledge of initial and final disclosure practices during loan origination and closing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information quickly
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with LoanSoft software
