      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and scale a comprehensive Sales Enablement program to maximize home lending recapture and harvesting capabilities
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies, tools, and measurement capabilities for sales teams
      - Lead strategic planning, business intelligence, and marketing performance management initiatives
      - Design initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and identify areas for improvement in the mortgage customer base
      - Present data-driven insights and reports to executive leadership regarding enablement initiatives and their impact on home lending platforms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Eight (8) years of experience in Mortgage and Home Equity lending, marketing, and analytics
      - Ability to travel up to 10%
      - Comprehensive understanding of ethics, compliance, and best practices in a regulated environment
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Five (5) years of experience leading business analyst teams focused on enhancing home lending recapture and harvesting
      - Proficiency with sales enablement tools and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce and Surefire
      - Strong ability to analyze complex data using tools like Tableau, Power-BI, and SQL
