What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, chats, and emails
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Process, rebook, and modify orders as needed
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Experience working in customer support roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
