What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone calls, chats, and emails
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Process, rebook, and modify orders as needed
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to remain calm and composed when customers are stressed or upset
- Proficiency in using computers
- Previous experience working in customer support
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
