      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a Regional Sales Team to exceed sales goals for MRD testing
      - Develop and execute regional and territory business plans
      - Establish and maintain key customer relationships to facilitate business solutions
      - Plan and conduct regional sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
      - Evaluate the performance of MRD Clinical Account Executives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant industry/commercial environment as a sales manager, leading a team of 8+ representatives
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
      - Deep knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry with MRD and Molecular Diagnostic experience strongly preferred
      - Demonstrated success in recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining talent
      - Ability to engage in a consultative selling process at the executive level

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling Oncology-based tests and services into clinical communities
      - Familiarity with the payor and reimbursement environment in oncology and diagnostics
      - Proficiency in Salesforce.com and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage business in complex environments
      - Track record of success in a management role
