What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve regional sales objectives for MRD testing, including revenue and expenses
- Develop and execute regional and territory business plans
- Build and maintain key customer relationships to foster business solutions
- Conduct regional sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Oversee the performance evaluation of MRD Clinical Account Executives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant industry or commercial environment as a sales manager, leading a team of 8+ representatives
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Deep domain knowledge of the Diagnostic Services industry, with a preference for MRD and Molecular Diagnostics experience
- Proven success in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent
- Strong understanding of the payor and reimbursement environment in oncology and diagnostics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling oncology-based tests and services into clinical communities
- Familiarity with complex selling environments
- Advanced presentation skills and business acumen
- Comfortable selling at the executive level (CEO, COO, CFO)
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
