- Prepare and distribute recurring internal reports related to vendor performance, spend tracking, and key timelines
- Support the Director of Vendor Partnerships with scheduling, meeting prep, document formatting, and administrative coordination
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation across vendor contracts, compliance records, and internal tracking tools
- Track vendor renewal dates, performance metrics, and feedback summaries for use in internal reviews
- Assist with invoice documentation and cost tracking processes
- Coordinate internal meeting logistics related to vendor activity (e.g. scheduling, agendas, notes)
- Support light project coordination across vendor-related operational initiatives
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative, operational support, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - you love structure, calendars, and clean spreadsheets
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams)
- Experience supporting a department leader or executive in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience working in or supporting a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Associate degree or relevant administrative/business certification
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint
- Understanding of vendor performance metrics
- Experience coordinating and leading meeting agendas
- Exceptionally organized and detail-driven
- Process-minded with a continuous improvement approach
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and takes ownership of tasks

This is a fully remote, full-time position ideal for someone who thrives on keeping things running behind the scenes. You'll play a key role in supporting vendor operations-organizing documentation, assisting with reporting, and ensuring administrative processes stay on track.
