      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the regional sales team, focusing on achieving sales and growth targets
      - Expand cash flow and plan participation levels within current clients while acquiring new assets
      - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, union officials, and stakeholders
      - Monitor sales activities and results, motivating sales leaders and ensuring customer relationship development
      - Collaborate with other departments to support sales initiatives and client satisfaction metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
      - FINRA licenses required: 7, 63, 65 (or 66), and 24
      - 10 or more years of industry-related experience at the senior level leading sales teams
      - Proven experience in client relationship management within the public sector and retirement plan management
      - Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing geographically dispersed teams

      - Strong record of successful financial services business expansion across multiple states
      - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective client presentations
      - In-depth knowledge of investment and retirement plan products, particularly in the public sector
