      We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you be responsible for managing and expanding relationships, you will work in partnership with customers at a National level to define and execute a winning growth strategy for Mondelēz International, the customer and our consumers.

      How you will contribute

      You will:

      • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize growth and profitability across national key accounts.
      • Build and maintain long – lasting relationships with key customers, understanding their unique business challenges.
      • Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
      • Serve as a primary liaison between key accounts and internal cross functional teams.
      • Identify new business opportunities and develop initiatives to pursue them effectively.
      • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
      • Prepare and present regular business reviews to key stakeholders.

      What you need to know about this position:

      You will be working with a strategic National Key Account Customer as well as a distribution partner to service the customer and deliver on targets, in line to our business strategy.

      Education / Certifications:

      • Relevant National Degree/Diploma

      Job specific requirements:

      • Team management - direct and indirect reports, cross functional teams.
      • Distributor management
      • Commercial acumen
      • Negotiation and Influencing skills
      • Analytical Skills
      • Management of the full P&L
      • Minimum 3- 5 years experience managing similar account, nationally.

      Travel requirements:

      • Required Nationally
