What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead sales efforts for the Sweet Baked Snacks category, driving profitable growth through strategic planning
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, specifically Target/Meijer
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals while managing business operations
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and profit components to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions and efficiencies within the supply chain
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sales/account management experience
- Previous experience engaging with National or Regional Account headquarters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and skilled in using syndicated data sources (IRI/Nielsen)
