      About the Opportunity:

      Are you a confident relationship-builder with a proven background in account management within complex care or a similar healthcare setting? We're looking for a dynamic National Account Manager (Fixed Term Contract – Maternity cover) to join our team and help drive sustainable growth through outstanding stakeholder engagement and strategic business development.

      This is a role where you’ll manage and grow key relationships with case managers, litigation firms, and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), ensuring package retention and maximising referral opportunities. You’ll be instrumental in promoting our services, delivering business targets, and ensuring smooth mobilisation of care packages nationwide.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and case managers to ensure satisfaction and long-term package retention.
      • Identify and build new partnerships with litigation firms, ICBs, and case managers to drive business development.
      • Generate new referrals and ensure swift and efficient mobilisation of complex care packages.
      • Support and attend business development events and professional networking opportunities, often outside of regular working hours
      • Organise and coordinate internal and external events to promote services and increase brand visibility.
      • Travel regularly across the UK to meet with clients and stakeholders, maintaining a high-touch, client-focused presence.

      The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

      • Proven experience as an Account Manager within complex care or a related healthcare setting.
      • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
      • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage a varied field-based schedule.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
      • Experience engaging with ICBs, litigation firms, and healthcare professionals.
      • Confident attending and contributing to professional events and presentations.
      • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

        In return, we are offering:

      • Salary up to £60,000 per annum
      • £3,500 annual car allowance
      • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
