- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and case managers to ensure satisfaction and long-term package retention.
- Identify and build new partnerships with litigation firms, ICBs, and case managers to drive business development.
- Generate new referrals and ensure swift and efficient mobilisation of complex care packages.
- Support and attend business development events and professional networking opportunities, often outside of regular working hours
- Organise and coordinate internal and external events to promote services and increase brand visibility.
- Travel regularly across the UK to meet with clients and stakeholders, maintaining a high-touch, client-focused presence.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager within complex care or a related healthcare setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage a varied field-based schedule.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience engaging with ICBs, litigation firms, and healthcare professionals.
- Confident attending and contributing to professional events and presentations.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
