      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for large automotive dealerships using AI products
      - Act as the quarterback for a regional territory of our largest automotive customers, including 2–3 onsite dealership visits per week
      - Guide dealerships through their AI transformation and address inquiries, issues, and escalations
      - Engage proactively with customers during the renewal process to secure renewals and drive retention
      - Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and optimize product usage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Located in the Boston, MA area
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, onboarding, or account management
      - Demonstrated ability to maximize customer retention and satisfaction
      - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address customer challenges
      - Must be technically adept and able to quickly grasp complex software concepts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of automotive experience
      - Experience in B2B software environments
      - Scored in the top 10% of performance reviews for the past 3 years
      - Proven experience and enthusiasm for AI technologies
      - Consistent over-achievement in past roles
