What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for large automotive dealerships using AI products
- Act as the quarterback for a regional territory of automotive customers, including 2-3 onsite dealership visits per week
- Guide dealerships through their AI transformation and handle inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Increase adoption and utilization of products through in-depth product and industry knowledge
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Located in the Houston, TX area
- 5+ years of customer success, consulting, onboarding, or account management experience
- Demonstrated experience in maximizing customer retention and satisfaction
- Ability to confidently communicate with customers at all levels, including C-suite executives
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer challenges effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of automotive experience
- 3+ years of B2B software experience
- Scored in the top 10% in performance reviews for the past 3 years
- Experience and enthusiasm for AI technologies
- Consistent over-achievement in past and current positions
