      - Reconnect with customers to provide outstanding service and follow-up
      - Promote the agency's products and services to generate interest and engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in outbound calling, call centers, sales, or customer service is a plus
      - No certifications or licenses required to start; willingness to learn is essential
      - Comfortable using computers and basic software applications
      - Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment
      - Strong communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively
      - Familiarity with insurance products or services
