What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and machine operations
- Take ownership of National-level technical support cases, ensuring timely resolution of escalated issues
- Act as a liaison to manufacturers for complex technical issues and collaborate with internal teams
- Document work performed, challenges encountered, and customer feedback in detailed reports
- Perform on-site service when remote resolution is not feasible, ensuring safety compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical schooling, apprenticeship programs, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with control systems and ability to perform I/O testing
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
