      The Oracle NetSuite Private Equity and Venture Capital (PEVC) Practice focuses on building relationships with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms across EMEA with the aim of accelerating Value Creation through technology.

      The role involves cultivating relationships with Private Equity and Venture Capital operating partners, which includes negotiating agreements, offering tailored solutions, fostering mutual growth, sharing insights, and offering technology thought leadership for their clients consideration.

      The hybrid nature of the role requires a versatile skill set, combining strategic partnership development, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of technology trends and industry-specific challenges.

      Responsibilities

      The Oracle NetSuite PEVC team finds ways to build relationships with relevant Private Equity and or Venture Capital (PEVC) firms and specifically their CxO’s, Deal teams, technical advisors and Principals to position NetSuite as the right choice for the PEVC firms Portfolio companies. The Oracle NetSuite PEVC team works with internal regional sales teams and other value add teams to position Oracle NetSuite as the Portfolio companies preferred business systems application. Given this wide engagement, the PEVC team also often works alongside key business partners taking their business objectives into consideration.

      These relationships are tested at least monthly as each of the sales opportunities comes into the closing phase, using them to ensure a timely close with no surprises.

      We work with all the different groups and functions within Oracle NetSuite from Sales teams (Direct, Channel, Alliances) to Implementation teams (NetSuite Customer Success, Alliance Partners and Solution Partners) to Customer Account Management teams and more.

      The overarching goal is to:

      • Drive Oracle NetSuite sales into the PEVC Invested Portfolio companies
      • Ensure success for the investments choosing Oracle NetSuite
      • Allow new business sales, upsells and renewals to happen smoothly
      • Support pipeline generation activity
      • Build credible and long standing relationships with the PEVC ecosystem

      To achieve this and to support NetSuite’s growth effectively and efficiently, we are seeking those who have a passion for building relationships, have good communication skills, are detail oriented and have an ability to deliver value-based propositions. You will have the opportunity to work with Senior Leaders (internally and externally) whilst learning the inner workings of Private Capital and Mergers and Acquisitions.

      The role at a minimum includes:

      • Proactive Business Development – research and profiling PEVC funds that have portfolio businesses that are a good fit for Oracle NetSuite
      • Sales based or sales disciplined approaches to these PEVC funds
      • Regular PEVC meetings to continue positioning Oracle NetSuite and understanding their investment portfolios and market strategies following account based planning
      • Escalation support from PEVCs and subsequent internal/external liaison to ensure smooth delivery and relationships
      • Vertical/Industry Support to create, research and support the PEVC firm and Vertical leaders across multiple functions to include Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance
      • Events and Marketing Coordination to create and support Oracle NetSuite PEVC focused events, with a marketing plan for all PE and VC firms under your management
      • On-Going proactive Account Management supporting "one to many" engagements
      • Regular update of CRM with a systems excellence mindset
