      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts by engaging with healthcare professionals in-person and virtually
      - Customize client interactions based on their needs while adhering to compliance guidelines
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market and customer dynamics to inform strategic decisions
      - Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager to develop and implement a local business plan
      - Provide timely and accurate administrative management of sales activities and objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales; 3+ years preferred in specialty pharmaceuticals
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
      - Strong desire to improve the lives of patients and their caregivers with a patient-centric approach
      - Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and overcome challenges
      - Strong analytical skills to assess progress against objectives and identify opportunities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in launch, antipsychotic, or bi-polar sales
      - Demonstrated success in establishing new customer relationships
      - Strong collaboration and cross-functional skills
      - Familiarity with telemedicine and virtual sales environments
      - Ability to analyze data and metrics effectively
