What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
- Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives through in-person and virtual communications
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers and advocacy groups
- Establish excellent communication with internal partners across various departments
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of sales success
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Familiarity with specialty fulfillment and payer requirements
- Excellent project management abilities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
