What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full new logo acquisition process for Financial Services prospects, focusing on banking, insurance, payments, and fintech organizations
- Build and execute strategic territory and account plans, including segmentation and multi-threaded engagement
- Generate and progress pipeline through consistent, high-quality prospecting across various channels
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial meetings through to closing
- Act as a trusted advisor, sharing market feedback and insights to refine go-to-market strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales focused on new business development, preferably in DevSecOps or software development tools
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and generating new pipeline in strategic accounts
- Background in the Financial Services industry, with the ability to build relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
- Understanding of Financial Services business models and regulatory compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining organized prospecting and follow-up
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building territories from scratch, including territory planning and account segmentation
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to conduct executive-level conversations
- Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks, including Salesforce and other sales management tools
- Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment
- Alignment with company values and interest in contributing to the growth of the sales organization
