Identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the aerospace adhesives and syntactics market.
Expanding the company’s customer base through strategic market research, lead generation, and industry event participation.
Building and managing a strong sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts, and tracking sales progress.
Cultivating long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Leading negotiations and securing contracts with customers, including pricing strategies and contract management.
Managing customer projects from concept through to completion, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Technical Support, Marketing, R&D) to drive product innovation and business growth.
Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to ensure competitive advantage.
Degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field, with additional training in sales/business development.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with experience in aerospace and adhesives markets being a strong asset.
Strong background in managing customer projects, generating leads, and closing deals in the aerospace sector.
Proven ability to build and manage sales pipelines.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive business development.
Technical understanding of adhesives and syntactic solutions.
Proficient in CRM tools (C4C is a plus), data analysis, and sales reporting.
