      Non-Del Account Manager

      Location:

      TX - Dallas/Irving

      What you'll do:

      The Account Manager position is responsible for the operational management of client relationships, providing quality service by maintaining client accounts (pipeline management), including managing aged loans, leading regular client calls, and following up on escalations as needed.
      • Manage pipeline of 100-125 active units
      • Maintains constant client contact – keeps client aware of outstanding conditions, approaching deadlines, and supports the forward movement of the file through excellent communication
      • Manages loan locks and expirations through proactive contact
      • Meets KPI goals as defined by leadership to include but not limited to: response time, customer service quality, production, guideline proficiency
      • Handle a high call/email volume, and must prioritize and accomplish various tasks at any given time
      • Answers product questions and resolves customer service issues. Demonstrate proficiency with agency guidelines as well as internal resources, effectively answering ~90% of client inquiries
      • Reviews documentation, clearing or creating conditions as needed
      • Responsible for all withdraw/cancellation requests
      • Runs daily reporting, managing aged loans, etc
      • Responsible for moving a seller's pipeline forward towards funding

        What you'll need:

        • 2+ years client or customer facing mortgage experience in the correspondent or wholesale space
        • High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
        • Mortgage Loan Processing or Underwriting experience is a plus
        • Excellent communication skills
        • Client service focus
        • Loan quality and risk management
        • Production and performance
        • Ability to work independently and as a team player
        • Clear and effective communication skills
        • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc)
        • A thorough ability to recognize and review basic mortgage documentation
        • Bi-Lingual is a plus
