      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Grow the B2B business within the North American NGS informatics market
      - Execute timely follow-up communications with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
      - Understand client needs and promote new features to drive business from the existing client base
      - Leverage the VarSome.com free users community to convert prospects into new clients and generate leads
      - Collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams to develop a targeted positioning and communication strategy for the U.S. market

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within NGS informatics or related software companies
      - Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills to simplify complex scientific concepts for diverse audiences
      - Proven ability in upselling, cross-selling, and expanding accounts through a consultative approach
      - Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
      - Bachelor's Degree or higher in cell or molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, genomics, or cancer biology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience participating in US conferences such as ACMG, AMP, and BioIT World
      - Familiarity with advertising and promotional materials related to NGS informatics
      - Established relationships within the North American NGS market
      - Knowledge of competitor strategies and value propositions in the genetic testing space
