What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Uncover root causes by asking thoughtful, intuitive questions over video or secure chat
- Deliver accurate diagnoses using clinical expertise, patient history, and remote diagnostic tools
- Guide care decisions by ordering, interpreting, and following up on lab tests
- Prescribe medications electronically and explain their proper usage and side effects
- Collaborate with physicians, fellow Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and the extended care team for coordinated care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license as an APP; NPs must hold a compact nursing license
- Minimum of four (4) years providing care in primary, family, urgent, or emergency care
- Strong communication and digital literacy skills for virtual interactions
- Must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Texas
