      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide training and technical assistance to American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities
      - Manage complex tasks, project timelines, and deliverables effectively
      - Co-lead key tasks and assist in the collection, analysis, and dissemination of data through reports and presentations
      - Contribute to writing technical reports and other documentation
      - Support the planning, organization, and management of direct technical assistance services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience working with American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience providing training and technical assistance and conducting needs assessments
      - Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
      - Proficient in MS applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with technology, including audio/visual equipment and virtual communication tools
      - Background in housing and community development programs
      - Demonstrated ability to manage a full range of training and technical assistance-related work
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to learn
