      Oncology Key Account Manager - NE England incl Scotland

      Key Tasks and Responsibilities

      1. Develop a local account level situational analysis (patient flows, clinic pathways and leverage points, competitor environment) to develop strategic plans to capitalise on opportunities in mCRC
      2. Develop and implement the cross-functional territory level account plans and achieve sales targets within defined budgets and timelines
      3. Leverage all available channels to deliver key selling messages in order to deliver a superior customer experience with a focus on 1:1 engagement; Remote: In-Person channel mix (guard rails : ~ 70:30 to ~30:70)
      4. Rapidly build meaningful and productive relationships with external stakeholders to assess and address customer’s needs (including strong emphasis on enabling digital interactions but with the flexibility to meet customer interaction preferences)
      5. Contribute to the brand team’s insight generation plan by feeding in relevant learnings to ensure continued strategic development
      6. Ensure medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review process and ABPI compliance underpin all activities
      7. Drive best practice in omni-channel execution, supporting brand strategy to establish share of voice in target customer population
      8. Close alignment and regular interaction with whole TKI team to optimise resources and drive growth
      9. Validate Territory customer target lists and update where necessary, increasing levels of consented customers for ongoing Bayer oncology communications

      Who you are:

      • Proven track record of sales success in the pharmaceutical industry, including significant secondary care experience
      • Experience in Oncology
      • Experience within partnership working/patient pathway development is preferred (oncology experience is an advantage)
      • Business related or life sciences degree, with solid experience in a related sales or marketing function
      • Excellent communication skill (F2F and Digital) and the ability to articulate a compelling argument to gain commitment of ‘call to action’ close
      • Ability to simplify and communicate complex situations to remove external barriers
      • Flexibility to respond to customer needs for virtual and F2F communications, (based on customer preference)
      • Above average IT literacy, proactive and passionate about digital engagement and technology
      • Exceptional customer focus with the ability to balance customer relationships and strong business outcomes
      • Proven ability to work autonomously and demonstrate pro-activity and agility in a small cross functional team

      NE and Scotland - candidates must live on territory
