      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
      - Enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance among clients
      - Complete daily rounds to monitor facilities and communicate needs to professional staff
      - Provide administrative support, including answering phones and greeting visitors
      - Perform facility and equipment setups for events and meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current student at the University of Virginia
      - Must be awarded a federal work-study award for the 2025-2026 academic year
      - Excellent customer service skills and professional work habits
      - Dependable, punctual, and responsible
      - Ability to perform moderately heavy physical duties, including lifting up to 30 lbs.

      - Ability to communicate and partner with a diverse group of stakeholders
      - Organized and able to multi-task
      - Willingness to attend mandatory staff trainings and meetings outside of regular work schedule
      - Ability to work independently and take initiative
