What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support process improvement initiatives by gathering requirements, mapping workflows, and documenting processes
- Assist with project planning and coordination, including timelines and stakeholder updates
- Participate in root cause analysis and solution brainstorming sessions
- Maintain a centralized repository of process documentation and workflows
- Track performance metrics and monitor the impact of implemented improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant experience through internships, co-ops, or coursework in project management or operational improvement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Slides/PowerPoint and Sheets/Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to healthcare or behavioral health environments
- Familiarity with Lean or process improvement concepts
- Experience with data or BI tools such as Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Experience working on cross-functional projects
