What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support daily operations and coordinate workflows across teams including Operations, Customer Service, Collections, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and HR
- Serve as a liaison with third-party service providers and vendors, maintaining contracts and billing records
- Maintain accurate records in business systems, assisting with data reconciliation, invoicing, and reporting
- Handle the purchasing of office supplies and manage vendor relationships
- Enter financial transactions into accounting systems or spreadsheets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong familiarity with Google Docs and Gmail
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task extensively with excellent attention to detail
- Must have a strong at-home internet connection; all equipment will be provided
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior executive and administrative assistance experience
- Knowledge of or experience with Google Suite products, Excel, JIRA, and Slack
- Proactive in anticipating needs before they arise
- Ability to handle complex schedules and competing priorities
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive information
