What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive and scale Customer Success programs by refining frameworks for customer engagements
- Lead improvements in forecasting accuracy and enhance renewal workflows
- Support the development of operational processes for alignment across go-to-market teams
- Serve as the operational owner for key Customer Success systems and their integration
- Develop training and change-management strategies to ensure organization-wide adoption of new tools and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success operations, revenue operations, or customer onboarding
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, including adoption and renewal motions
- Proven ability to optimize operational processes and create scalable frameworks
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment
- Proficiency with data analysis and metrics tracking to inform decision-making
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with enablement materials such as playbooks and training documentation
- Demonstrated success managing Customer Success-related initiatives like forecasting operations
