      Operations Specialist, Brand Management

      Location: Overland Park, KS Remote

      Compensation Range: $56,000 - $64,000

      About the Role

      The Operations Coordinator supports retailer operations by analyzing performance, coordinating supplier programs, and helping implement marketing and loyalty initiatives that drive sales, value, and profitability for World Fuel retailers. This role blends operations, marketing, and accounting support and requires strong coordination, analytical, and relationship-management skills.

      You'll work closely with retailers, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure programs run smoothly, financials are accurate, and communication stays clear. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing details while contributing to larger commercial and marketing strategies.

      What You'll Do
      • Analyze retailer operations and marketing practices, and help develop action plans to improve performance
      • Execute orders on behalf of retailers within supplier programs and online portals
      • Coordinate installation schedules by monitoring vendor activity and tracking progress
      • Monitor shipping and acceptance of equipment
      • Analyze, record, and reconcile financial transactions and invoices related to projects and programs
      • Distribute incentive funds upon completion of program or project requirements
      • Ensure program and project financials are accurate and balanced
      • Analyze and report on financial impacts, including potential risk and reward under different scenarios
      • Identify potential issues or risks in supplier programs and proactively address them
      • Coordinate with suppliers, retailers, and internal partners to resolve compliance issues
      • Prepare and distribute required documentation related to program compliance
      • Stay current on industry trends, sharing insights with field teams and internal stakeholders
      • Maintain regular communication with retailers to support ongoing relationships.
