      About the role

      • Enter and process customer and internal orders in SAP, ensuring readiness and completeness.

      • Follow up on deliveries with customers and warehouses to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.

      • Organize returns, exchanges, and manage refusals based on customer requests, processing these in SAP.

      • Process customer claims, invoice corrections, refunds, rebates, and discrepancies in the Dispute Management System.

      • Check stock levels and execute product allocations jointly with the logistics team.

      • Serve as the primary contact for customer queries related to orders via phone and email.

      • Support the sales team with order desk and logistics matters to meet monthly sales targets.

      • Prepare daily overviews of order book status and proactively communicate uncertainties to stakeholders.

      • Act as an escalation point for issues with orders and deliveries, collaborating with sales teams and 3PL providers.

      • Identify and implement improvements in order management processes to enhance service levels and optimize logistics budgets.

      About you

      • Experience in a matrix commercial environment.

      • Strong analytical skills for long-term planning using various data sources.

      • Proficiency in SAP (knowledge is a plus).

      • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.

      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

      • Customer service-oriented mindset.

      • Proactive and problem-solving approach.

      • Strong time management skills, able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.

      • Self-motivated, independent, dynamic, and results-driven.

      • Strong cross-functional team skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
