What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead live training sessions on eligibility, claims, accounts receivable, payment posting, software systems, and communication standards
- Validate trainee readiness through scenarios, accuracy checks, and real-work samples
- Audit trainee work for accuracy and compliance, providing documented coaching
- Create and update training videos, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials
- Collaborate with HR, business operations, and other departments to align training with production needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, quality assurance, and dental billing
- Strong knowledge of eligibility, claims, accounts receivable, and payment posting
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or Thrive Cloud
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coaching skills
- Ability to enforce SOPs and ensure compliance while identifying behavioral red flags
