What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead live training sessions on eligibility, claims, accounts receivable, payment posting, and software systems
- Validate trainee readiness through scenarios, accuracy checks, and real-work samples
- Audit trainee work for accuracy and compliance, providing documented coaching as needed
- Create and update training materials, including videos and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Send daily reports on trainee progress, quality assurance findings, and any concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3+ years of experience in training, quality assurance, or dental billing
- Strong knowledge of eligibility, claims, accounts receivable, and payment posting
- Experience with dental practice management software, such as Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or Thrive Cloud
- Strong communication, documentation, and coaching skills
- Ability to enforce SOPs and ensure compliance while identifying behavioral red flags
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in advanced training for Supervisors and Revenue Cycle Managers (RCMs)
