What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and review documentation related to organizational learning and change initiatives
- Create and review communication materials for change initiatives and provide feedback on key messaging
- Guide employees during training sessions to reinforce key concepts and clarify information
- Analyze and develop training and instructional materials for both online and in-person sessions
- Collaborate with county departments to support organizational development initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, instructional design, or related field from an accredited university
- Two (2) years of relevant work experience in training or teaching adult learners
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Proficiency in creating accessible and inclusive training materials
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in creating instructional materials using software such as Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Articulate
- Knowledge of project lifecycle stages and familiarity with change management processes
- Proven ability to communicate complex information in a concise and accessible manner
