      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and develop a team of Outbound Account Executives focused on closing new revenue
      - Coach AEs on deal strategy, negotiation, and closing techniques
      - Monitor deal progression and ensure accurate forecasting
      - Collaborate with Revenue Operations to analyze sales performance and identify improvements
      - Maintain a team culture of accountability and continuous learning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of SaaS sales management experience with a focus on closing new business
      - 2+ years of direct outbound AE leadership experience
      - Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed new logo targets
      - Strong knowledge of outbound closing motions and solution-based selling strategies
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence

      - Experience scaling outbound AE teams in a high-growth SaaS environment
      - Familiarity with structured sales frameworks like MEDDIC or Challenger
      - Passion for leveraging AI tools to improve sales productivity
