What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage your own recruiting business, generating leads and closing deals
- Provide recruiting services and sell proprietary HR software to clients

- Utilize advanced technology to differentiate yourself in the market
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate leads and manage time effectively
- Comfort with using tech tools and adapting workflows
- Strong sales and communication skills to consult with clients
- U.S. based or able to serve U.S. clients and legally eligible to operate as an independent contractor

- Familiarity with advanced recruiting tools and platforms
- Previous success in building a client base and achieving sales targets
