What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound calls to newly issued businesses to welcome them and assist with policy inquiries
- Collect the first premium from customers to activate their Life Insurance policy
- Warm up potential customers for the Sales Team through outbound calls to internet-generated leads
- Explain policy benefits and assist with correspondence and error corrections for policy service
- Execute special projects involving outbound calls for campaigns related to sister companies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment
- Proficiency with computers and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle payments via credit card and bank draft
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance
- 1+ years of office experience, with a preference for telecommunications experience
- Background knowledge of insurance operations
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
- Customer-friendly attitude with demonstrated mathematical abilities
