What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners
- Collaborate with various departments to onboard new business and ensure smooth operations
- Manage your sales pipeline and day-to-day tasks using Salesforce
- Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients
- Educate merchants and business owners on payment processing services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong prospecting skills, including cold-calling and networking
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the payment processing industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- A positive outlook and alignment with the company's core values
- Demonstrated ability to self-source leads effectively
