This role will support our trade partners in the Southwest territory; including but not limited to California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. u00A0

      Our Sales Business Partners work directly with trade partners, building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities. You will be on the front lines of our business, promoting and selling our products and gathering valuable market intelligence data on our competitors. Itu2019s a key role with a growing organization. u00A0

      What you will do: u00A0
      • Generate new business and ensure profitable growth of trade partner accounts while being respectful of potential channel conflicts.
      • u00A0Manage assigned brands and markets to effectively exceed key metric goals and grow HHT share and the overall market size for the hearth category.
      • Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners to assure long-term growth and commitment to HHT being preferred vendor of choice. u00A0
      • Execute on assigned activities to drive customer behaviors to align with HHTu2019s sales and strategic plan. u00A0
      • Effectively deliver training, marketing programs, strategic initiatives, and product expertise to trade partners.u00A0 u00A0 u00A0
      • Work trade show and events as necessary to drive growth and key initiatives.u00A0
      • Develop deep understanding of assigned market including competitive manufacturers, competitive trade partners, local/national codes and changing dynamics that impact the hearth business. u00A0
      • Partner with leadership to develop strategies that will continue to improve HHTu2019s position in the market. u00A0
      • Propose pricing requests as necessary to drive profitable growth. u00A0
      • Effectively run the sales process and standard work of the assigned role. u00A0
      • Effectively work cross function to gain support as needed and provide support and intel to drive trade market and market into the HHT organization.u00A0 u00A0 u00A0
      Minimum Qualifications u00A0
      • Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience u00A0
      • 3 or more years professional B2B sales selling experience u00A0
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills u00A0
      • Effective presentation skills u00A0
      • Demonstrated success in account management and prioritizing opportunities u00A0
      • Computer proficiency, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, customer relationship management systems u00A0
      • Self-motivated, demonstrated passion for success u00A0
      • Ability to work comfortably with all levels within an organization u00A0
      • High level of business ethics and personal integrity u00A0
      • Strong time management skills and effectively manage a prioritized action plan u00A0
      • Ability to deliver a compelling messaging and influence a sale u00A0
      • u00A0 Ability to interact & understand what motivates/drives results u00A0
