What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth in the West/Rockies region by qualifying new customers and cultivating relationships with existing ones
- Develop proposals and perform basic thermal calculations to design effective heating solutions
- Manage the order cycle, including order entry, approval drawings, and material return authorizations
- Monitor sales and bookings for assigned accounts to ensure growth and retention
- Attend industry events to increase awareness of solutions and forge connections with key stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2+ years of experience with outside sales and/or within the service industry
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering preferred; other technical degrees also considered
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve goals and meet deadlines
- Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills
