      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize excellent communication and networking skills to nurture relationships and drive sales growth
      - Develop proposals and perform basic thermal calculations to design effective heating solutions
      - Manage various aspects of the order cycle, including order entry and approval drawings
      - Assist with reclaiming previous business while managing and growing sales within a defined customer list
      - Attend industry events to build relationships with key contacts and promote solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2+ years of experience in outside sales and/or within the service industry
      - Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering preferred; other technical degrees considered
      - Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales goals
      - Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve goals and meet deadlines
      - Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Heat Trace technology
      - Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think creatively in a sales environment
      - Proven experience in managing multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency
      - Familiarity with the industrial heating industry and its applications
      - Previous attendance at industry events for networking and relationship building
