      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive incremental sales growth by cultivating business relationships with assigned customer portfolios
      - Conduct a minimum of 10 sales call appointments per week to establish effective partnerships with customers
      - Utilize Salesforce for planning sales activities and managing customer communications
      - Prospect for new business using leads from internal teams and community engagement
      - Participate in district/regional meetings and communicate weekly activities with the Pro Sales Manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eighteen years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 2 years of work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of account management or sales management experience
      - Knowledge and skills typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5 years of professional work experience
      - 2 plus years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry
      - Strong leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Demonstrated ability to create and cultivate an active network of relationships
