What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor the paralegal email inbox to assign and direct correspondence as needed
- Research property deeds and prepare files for attorney consultations
- Draft and send client follow-up letters, Zoom recordings, and statutory forms
- Maintain records of fiduciaries and send copies of executed documents upon client request
- Communicate with clients via phone or email for follow-ups, edits, or other assigned tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program, such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies; Bachelor's degree desired
- Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Professional and compassionate demeanor, particularly towards the Special Needs community
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Canva
- Completion of a paralegal professional certification or advanced paralegal education
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a willingness to learn
