      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist attorneys with fact investigation, legal research, and document preparation
      - Manage database and case management systems, including docketing and scheduling
      - Participate in trial and mediation preparation, including analysis of factual information
      - Mentor and supervise Paralegal Assistants while maintaining quality and attention to detail
      - Deliver superior service to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring professional communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of New York litigation experience
      - Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree in a law-related field, or Associate's degree with paralegal training
      - Ability to meet a billable hour requirement of 1500 hours per year
      - Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
      - High level of professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in New York asbestos litigation
      - Previous experience in managing direct reports and conducting performance evaluations
      - Familiarity with electronic research and database management
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Professional appearance and demeanor in all client interactions
