      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team
      - Maintain effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations
      - Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards
      - Follow structured store procedures for inventory management and operational efficiency
      - Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while upholding company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities
      - Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
      - Previous experience in automotive retail
      - Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
      - Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification

      - Experience in a leadership role within the automotive retail industry
      - Additional certifications related to automotive service or management
      - Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales metrics
